Care

The cover and foam require different care:

Cover: Remove from pillow and launder the cover with gentle detergent and cold water. Air drying is best, but you can put the cover in the dryer on a cool setting. Do not over dry.
Foam: Do not clean TEMPUR- Material^® with liquid. To refresh, gently roll and unroll the insert to allow air through the pillow. Do not tightly compress for an extended period.

Had numbness in hands, arms and face from neck issues; stenosis and arthritis in neck. After ordering this pillow, neck has become less irritated, numbness has gone away significantly, and my sleep is much improved. Highly recommend the cost; although it appears expensive in my case it paid for itself. My physcial thearpist recommended I try this pillow out. I haven't had to go back since I started using it. At $110 a PT appointment I recouped my cost and then some by not having to go back to PT.

My brother recommended this pillow to me, and at first I was skeptical of the weird shape, but wow! After two weeks of sleeping on this pillow, I wake up with no neck pain/stiffness. I bought two of the medium pillows and they were a bit pricey but perfect and definitely worth the investment.
